What we didClient: Beaconhills College, Melbourne, Australia Brief: This growing independent school wanted to activate its marketing strategy and to set priorities for the school year. Flame Tree ran a full-day on-site workshop involving the entire marketing/communications team. Result: Team members identified, agreed upon and ranked six priorities. They also set personal priorities and work plans. What they saidJoanne McKenzie, Head of Admissions and Marketing: Over the past 12 months, I have worked with Flame Tree Media with Stuart as key consultant. After initial discussions and planning on how to prioritise our marketing strategies, Stuart prepared an action workshop with our team. He communicated clearly the objectives and involved all participants on the day. By keeping things on track, set objectives were achieved. He is a brilliant facilitator. His ongoing support, following the workshop, has proved invaluable. I highly recommend Stuart and look forward to working on future communication projects with him. Participants' feedback:
Fantastic to see that everyone in the workshop contributed - Stuart was able to draw all participants into the discussion. Stuart was a great facilitator - he was able to guide the group to ensure that by the end of the day we had direction and a plan. Stuart was inspiring and facilitated productive discussions and workshops that allowed our teams to work collaboratively and cohesively, something that we don't often do as we work independently during the busy work day. The day had a 'tear down this wall' effect between our 2 teams and brought us all closer together in understanding how to work better as a team. I'm hoping that the outcome from the workshop will create a better work structure environment. Stuart was a brilliant facilitator with good listening skills. He gave the marketing team a fresh perspective. |
